In food industry especially those from Small and Medium industry, usually the document control activity taking care by Quality Assurance department, or some cases Quality personnel or Halal personnel is responsible to control their documents.
This webinar mainly to give a basic idea with example on how to come out with systematic document control system in accordance with the requirements of your business’s management system(s).
