Introduction:
This Food Labelling training course is designed to help food businesses and practitioners understand how to label their products both legally and accurately.
Proper food product labelling and claims are crucial for protecting the public from health hazards and fraud. It also supports the local food industry by enhancing product visibility to consumers, which is vital for marketing strategies and increasing opportunities for international trade.
