Mock recalls are routine exercises conducted by manufacturers, processors, distributors, and other various trading partners in the supply chain to assess their recall procedures and responsiveness.


Halal Mock Recall refers to the exercise process of recalling affected products from the market concerning Halal matters such as cross-contamination with haram materials such as pork derivatives, blood, poisonous plant and animal, an animal not slaughtered according to Syariah law, and many more according to the Islamic principle.


Halal mock recall confirming that your company can trace contaminated products throughout the supply chain and determine whether or not your communications plan and traceability system are efficient.

En. Mohd Azimi Mohd Basri is a certified Halal trainer recognized by Halal Professional Board (HPB). Apart from that he is also a certified Food Handler Trainer by Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia, experienced few years as a Halal auditor for Japan Halal Unit Association (JHUA), and recently recognized as Professional Technologist (Food Technology) by Malaysia Board of Technologies (MBOT). He has vast years of experience in the food industry for more than 10 years in various sectors. He has been involved in developing, implementing, monitoring, and assessing food safety and halal system throughout his career.
